You can also use hot smoked salmon for this

You can use hot smoked salmon in many different dishes. Another great way to make a delicious dish with hot smoked salmon is to serve it with some scrambled eggs and on sourdough bread.

You can also choose to mix the salmon meat with mayo and sour cream for another delicious salmon salad.

Great tip for making your own hot smoked salmon

You can also choose to make your own hot smoked salmon on the grill, on the fire or in a smoker. Either way, you'll get a tender and flavorful piece of fish, which makes it worth the effort.

You start by buying your salmon fillet from your fishmonger, where you buy a salmon fillet with skin. Then it's a good idea to go through the salmon to remove the bones and any fat from the belly. Sprinkle the meat with salt and pepper and refrigerate it, covered, until the next day.

If you have a smoker, put the salmon in the next day. The oven should be turned on at 125-130 degrees for about 30 minutes. After this, remove the salmon and place it in the oven for 15-20 minutes until the meat is cooked.

You can also choose to set the temperature of your smoker to 75-80 degrees and give it about 4 hours, after which you can serve the hot smoked salmon directly. Both methods give a great result with a tender and flavorful hot smoked salmon.
