Hot smoked salmon salad

There's no doubt that one of the biggest fish favorites is salmon. Whether it's as a well-prepared whole-sided salmon fillet, a salmon burger or a salmon pie, it's a favorite with both children and adults, and it's a fish that can be used to make many delicious dishes. At Hooked, we also love the pink fish.

We have therefore set out to put together the perfect salmon recipe for you - at least if you ask us. Of course, it's a hot smoked salmon salad we're thinking of. Whether it's for the Christmas table, Easter dinner or as a delicious starter before your main course, it's a dish that most people know and love.

Hot smoked salmon salad for any occasion

As already described, the lovable hot smoked salmon salad is good for a little bit of everything. Whether it's the lunch box or the lunch table that just needs a little extra spice, it's perfect for that too.

A hot smoked salmon salad can easily be made the day before you want to eat it. Just remember to refrigerate it. However, we recommend eating it within three days, as it's at its best while it's still freshly made.

If you're serving a delicious hot smoked salmon salad in the summer, we recommend serving it with a cold bottle of rosé or white wine, which is particularly good with salmon and fish in general.

The perfect accessory

There are many different side dishes that go well with hot smoked salmon salad. You may have had the delicious dish with crunchy rye bread chips, which are often served with the tasty salad.

If you ask us, we also love rye bread chips with salmon salad. However, we're particularly fond of the rye bread chips that have a hint of beer in the aftertaste. The slightly bitter taste from the beer goes perfectly with the smoky flavor, and it ties all the notes together for a perfect flavor combination.

Therefore, our suggestion to you is that when you try this recipe for hot smoked salmon salad, add a recipe for crunchy, crispy rye bread chips that includes beer. Serve hot smoked salmon salad with rye bread chips to your dinner guests with a small sprinkle of salt flakes on top and you're sure to have happy, full stomachs around the table.
