Tuna salad recipe

For 4 people. 

Approx. 10 minutes

Ingredients:

2 cans of tuna in oil or water

2 finely chopped red onions

1 piece of garlic

¼ finely chopped cucumber

1 handful of finely chopped tomatoes

250 g. 5% or 9% sour cream (½ tub)

80 g mayonnaise

3 tsp. lemon juice

salt & pepper

Here's how to do it:

  1. Drain the tuna and place in a bowl.

  2. Add the finely chopped red onion and pressed garlic
    Mix the tuna with onion, cucumber, tomato, mayonnaise, sour cream and lemon juice.

  3. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

  4. Tuna salad is best left in the fridge for a few hours to allow the different ingredients to soak up the flavors. This is not necessary and can also be served immediately after serving.
