You can add as many vegetables as you like to your salmon in the oven, as many of them are suitable. In this recipe, we have chosen to add root vegetables, which, along with the salmon, can simply take care of themselves in the oven.

The fresh lime butter adds a delicious flavor and allows you to quickly enjoy the aroma that spreads throughout the kitchen. Oven-baked salmon and root vegetables is a tasty flavor combination that can be served directly on the table or served on a plate.

How to know when your salmon has had enough

To find out if your salmon in the oven has had enough, give it a light tap with your index finger. The salmon is done if it feels firm but is still soft inside. You can also tell that the salmon is done if you see the white egg white substance coming out of the salmon.

Salmon is also perfect when it reaches around 50 degrees, so you can use a thermometer here to check the temperature of your salmon.
