Tuna salad recipe
For 4 people.
Approx. 10 minutes
Ingredients:
2 cans of tuna in oil or water
2 finely chopped red onions
1 piece of garlic
¼ finely chopped cucumber
1 handful of finely chopped tomatoes
250 g. 5% or 9% sour cream (½ tub)
80 g mayonnaise
3 tsp. lemon juice
salt & pepper
Here's how to do it:
- Drain the tuna and place in a bowl.
- Add the finely chopped red onion and pressed garlic
Mix the tuna with onion, cucumber, tomato, mayonnaise, sour cream and lemon juice. - Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Tuna salad is best left in the fridge for a few hours to allow the different ingredients to soak up the flavors. This is not necessary and can also be served immediately after serving.
