Danes eat too little fish

There is a wealth of options when it comes to flavorful and delicious fish dishes, but many Danes don't eat enough fish. We think that's a shame when you can easily make a delicious fish dish with one of our great recipes. 

A new study from the University of Copenhagen shows that Danish children eat less than a third of the recommended amount of fish, and we'd love to help change this sad statistic.

Maybe you're craving a crispy and crunchy fish burger? Try Hooked's recipe for a crispy, juicy fish burger with tartar sauce and guacamole. We're sure you won't regret it!

There's almost nothing quite like enjoying a good fish burger in the garden on a hot summer's day. We love to pair it with a cold beer or a glass of chilled rosé wine, and if your appetite is up for it, you can always serve it with some crispy fries. It's the perfect dish for both young and old, and you definitely won't go to bed hungry.

Do you love salmon? Then we recommend you try one of our fish recipes based on salmon as the main element of the dish. For example, you can fire up the grill and try your hand at a steamed salmon on the grill with vegetables. Now that's a classic with a difference!

You can add whatever vegetables you like to the recipe and the only limit is your imagination. In our recipe we have recommended green beans, corn on the cob and tomatoes on the grill, but it's entirely up to you which vegetables you want to enjoy the delicious steamed salmon with. 

If you love lasagna, you might want to check out one of our other recipes. We've created a recipe for lasagna with salmon - because who says lasagna always has to be made with minced meat? Not us, that's for sure! This lasagna tastes so good, and it's both delicious and easy to make. A real winner for sure.
