- Crispy taco with raw salmon, fermented chili & avocado
- Deep-fried scallop, dill emulsion & cucumber

Spring menu at Frederiksberg
Experience the best of the water and the land when we once again invite you to a very special seasonal menu in Frederiksberg.
This time the menu consists of four new dishes in three courses. First, a grilled lobster with herb butter and a cold pulp salad. Then a brioche burger with deep-fried langoustine and pommes allumettes. Finally, a plum tart with hibiscus and vanilla cream.
