Terms and conditions
Our Terms and Conditions are intended to create security for us and our customers when entering into an agreement. The following guidelines apply to all agreements entered into with Hooked Aps, unless otherwise agreed in writing at the conclusion of the agreement.
Prices & surcharges
Hooked reserves the right to make errors in the prices stated on the website. Hooked can change the prices stated on the website at any time if necessary. If an event is held on the 1st floor or higher, it costs 400kr ex. VAT for the extra workload. If the event is held +25km from our production kitchen at Nørrebrogade 59, a driving fee of DKK 10 per extra km will be charged.
A fixed service fee of 4000kr ex. VAT is charged for all jobs (also without food trucks). When booking 2x trucks, 2x service fee is charged. The service fee covers 25km driving, packaging, staff and equipment. A fee of 1500kr ex VAT will be charged for serving late night food. On Sundays and public holidays, a fee of DKK 1500 excl.
Extra envelopes
Extra place settings are charged at the applicable setting price. Special menus and allergy considerations must be agreed individually no later than 7 days before the event and hooked may charge an extra fee for preparing special menus. This must be agreed in advance.
Space & power requirements
Depending on the equipment, number of envelopes and trucks, we need power and space. It is the customer's responsibility to provide the necessary electrical installations for us to use our kitchen equipment. We will provide an overview of the space and power requirements before the contract is signed. Our food trucks must have free access to the desired location. A firm, level and horizontal surface is required at the desired location for our food trucks.
In the event that we have to park illegally to serve, any parking fee will be added to the customer's invoice. If special permission is required to serve/park at the requested location, it is the customer's responsibility to obtain this permission from the relevant authorities. We can legally serve on private property and in legal parking lots. However, we are not allowed to serve on a busy road/cycle path).

Preparation of Kitchens/trucks and possible delays
Any event will always require some time to set up the trucks/preparation area. Hooked estimates approximately 1 hour for set-up, depending on the scope of the job. The estimated set-up time assumes that space has been made for us and that the agreed space and power conditions are ready upon arrival.
