Please read these terms and conditions before your visit.
Travel for groups
Thursday to Saturday we are extra busy in our restaurants. Therefore, larger parties can be booked for either early or late arrival:
Early arrival: no later than 18:00 (reservation duration is 2 hours)
Late arrival: no earlier than 20:00 (you have the reservation until the restaurant closes)
Sunday-Wednesday events can be booked for any available arrival time (reservation duration is 2 hours)
Full evening events
Do you want to want to book one of our restaurants or a room to yourself for an entire evening, you can book a full evening event with flexible arrival time. We will tailor an offer for you.
Menus & special considerations
To give you the best experience, please order food in advance. The options are listed in the 3 party packages. Each package can be combined with different drink menus.
Drink menus are chosen in advance, but guests can select individual drinks on the day.
To ensure the best experience, we recommend that you pre-order welcome bubbles, wine, water, beer etc. in advance, if possible, so that we can have your drinks ready upon arrival.
The chosen menu must be the same for parties of +10 people, but we will of course take allergens into account. Your final menu selection, including special considerations, and the final number of guests must be received no later than 7 days before arrival. If you are booking with shorter notice, please send the information as soon as possible.
Payment
The bill must be paid in total by one person if paying in the evening. We accept most types of credit cards. Business customers can also pay by bank transfer according to the invoice provided. For invoices, payment must be received no later than the day before the event.
Credit card fee: All corporate cards, as well as private payment cards issued outside the EU/EEA, are subject to a fee. For American Express, all transactions are subject to a fee.
Cancellation
The reservation can be canceled up to 7 days before the event. If canceled later than this, you will be invoiced for the number you have given us 7 days before the event. Thethis you will be invoiced for the minimum number of guests on the evening, as well asin case of no-show from the event. If a menu has not been agreed, the invoice price will be DKK 350 per. person.
Table layout
Groups are always placed as a single group. We do our best, but unfortunately we cannot promise a specific location in the restaurant. For larger groups, it may be necessary to use several tables that are are placed in close proximity of each other.
