Spring has come to Frederiksberg
Experience the best of the water and the land when we once again invite you to a very special seasonal menu in Frederiksberg.
This time the menu consists of four new dishes in three courses. First, a grilled lobster with herb butter and a cold pulp salad. Then a brioche burger with deep-fried langoustine and pommes allumettes. Finally, a plum tart with hibiscus and vanilla cream.
On weekends we open as early as 12 noon, so you can also enjoy the spring menu for lunch. If the sun is shining, you can even enjoy the menu outside on our marble tables.
