Crayfish Party with Hooked

This August, we’re hosting two festive open-air crayfish feasts.

On August 14, we’ll be hosting a crayfish party at Broens Gadekøkken in Copenhagen, and on August 22, the festivities will continue at Halgodt in Skovshoved.

Look forward to freshly cooked crayfish, schnapps, sing-alongs, and a true summer atmosphere—Together with Halgodt and Broens Gadekøkken, we’ll take care of everything; all you have to do is show up and enjoy the evening.

We’ll welcome you, provide the food, and you might even be offered a shot of schnapps at some point. You’ll also be able to buy drinks at the bar throughout the evening.

At both Halgodt and Broens Gadekøkken, we’ve put together an exciting menu featuring plenty of crayfish and delicious summer dishes—all served family-style. If you get thirsty, head to the bar for beer, cocktails, wine, and soft drinks!

Crayfish cooked in lemon, pepper and beer
Potato salad with smoked cheese cream, green oil and rye bread crumble
Toasted brioche bread with shrimp salad
Summer salad with kale, figs, pomegranate, feta cheese, roasted almonds and pears
Fresh sourdough bread and whipped butter
Vinegar fries and dip
